How do you create an event on the Belgian Club website?

This screencast shows you how to create an event on the Belgian Club website.

Please do me a favour and read all the text in blue when you are learning how to create content. The blue text is very important and I've spent a lot of time thinking, writing and rewriting it. If you have content like email addresses, dates and times, venues, etcetera they all have their dedicated space. Please use it!
It will make this website look great. So if you don't read the instructions it will suck. So please, don't be lazy.

Teaser images are first scaled and then cropped so you might not see your image as you wanted to. Teaser images aren't actually necessary as the are set by default but you could use your own. And if you really wanna have control over exactly how the teaser looks like create (or crop) an image in Photoshop to 200px by 90px.

If you are copying text from MS Word you might not see the intended result as Word has "evil" code inside their text which is basically used for .. you guessed it: MS Word. So if you have some trouble with copying and pasting from Word documents you can try this link here where you can clean up your text: http://www.inowebmarketing.com/word-to-text/ . It basically removes all unwanted styles from the text and exactly those styles could be in conflict with the text field.
